I am really really cross with myself this week; I got weighed last night and I’ve put a pound on! I think partly it is down to doing so well last week – perhaps I’d got a bit complacent, but I’ve been almost almost at the 1.5 stone mark for weeks now and never made it – I’m sure if I could just crack that I’d be back on track completely. So I’m having a fit of defiance at myself (even though that looks like quite poor English), I have 1 1/2 lb to go to that next target and I will reach it next week – I’ve proved I can lose more than that when I try, so I’m making a vow that when I post my weight next week I will have lost at least 3lb. Grrr!
