I went to weigh in on Saturday knowing that I’d had a better week. I hadn’t followed plan strictly but I followed my training plan, ate a lot of fruit and veg and minimised (mostly) the treats. Well, I didn’t realise quite how much of a better week it had been! With a 5lb weight loss, I regained my 2 stone award, reached my interim (one of many) target, and dropped into the next stone – always a buzz! Now the stone part of my weight starts with a 1 instead of a 2, and my final target looks that much closer!

I am halfway through my week, and while I’m not expecting the same result this week, I have been inspired to try that bit harder – my next little target is only 3lb away!
