Ok, it might not actually have been manic, but it was quite busy – I went to the gym, then to work, came home and ate dinner and then went straight back out again to the cinema (where I took a low-syn treat with me instead of buying popcorn/nachos/sweets etc). In the name of stepping up the cardio, I did a gym workout before my swim, which was:
5 mins rowing
10 mins punchbag (yey!)
5 mins stair master
10 mins crosstrainer
And then a 25 minute swim, where I did 50 lengths all at a medium-fast pace.
Note the addition of the stair master yet again, I think I may be getting addicted! So with a longish workout and a short post, that’s day 12/31 done!
