Dear Lovely Readers and Friends,

It’s been a while, hasn’t it?  I’m struggling, and I don’t mind telling you guys, I know you won’t judge.  I had my birthday, and then I was ill.  Nothing serious, but enough to keep me off the gym for 2 weeks as I couldn’t breathe, and to make me want to hide out in bed with some soup and a good book.

I’m back at the gym now, but I’m having issues getting my eating and, more importantly, my mindset back on track.  So I’m putting myself out there and asking for your advice, tips and support (and if anyone wants to give me a stern telling-off I probably deserve that too.)  How do YOU keep your motivation, and what do you do when it wanes?  I’d love to hear your stories.
