I don’t know why but I find if difficult to stay on track on a Thursday.  I think it might be that it’s my last day in the office (I work from home on a Friday), or maybe just the lack of sleep building up through the week!  Either way, Thursday and Friday are the days each week that I am most likely to slip up… which then turns into “I’ve ruined everything!”… which then turns into a pizza/curry/Chinese etc etc.

Today I have struggled, but I’ve stayed in control – despite having very little sleep last night!  Definitely a step in the right direction for me, so I’m pretty pleased with myself (and I took my time over the chocolate treat I did have and actually enjoyed it more.)

Does anyone else find that they have a particular day of the week when they struggle to stay on plan?
